Very hygienic atmosphere and experienced therapists. Dr. Gopinath is very experienced in dealing with bulge neck and shoulder pain . I had severe neck and shoulder pain. medication didn’t help. He started the therapy and right away by the 3rd sitting I was feeling better and after 12th visit there was no pain at all I highly recommend this place

I can’t say enough about how grateful I am to the wonderful staff at Therapy Fit Frisco. Dr. Reddy, Chandu and Dhara have been a phenomenal resource during my recovery from humerus fracture. Their passion for PT and their patients is evident in every aspect of their care. They are very knowledgeable regarding the use of different physical techniques to correct range of motion issues. The clinic itself is extremely well kept & clean. The entire staff is always friendly, and courteous. The staff here is always so helpful and so kind and willing to help in any way they are able. They are very genuine in the care they give to their patients. They are never too busy to answer any question you may have. I never felt like I am left alone because they are constantly monitoring my progress. This is a FANTASTIC place to go for any kind of PT that you may need.

I went in with vertigo & shoulder Pain. The first treatment for Vertigo was amazing, with a first session itself I have recovered 90% from Vertigo and in the second session I was completely recovered. My experience at Therapy Fit was great! I went in with severe back pain(disc bulge)and within 3 weeks my back pain was super minimal and now almost non existent. They continued to monitor my progress closely and adjusted my workouts accordingly, with the help of Dr Reddy I’ve met or exceeded the typical recovery goals along the way. He is very knowledgeable,professional and interested in getting my issues resolved. Jasmine is very friendly and helpful getting me to stretch, understand and master all exercises. I am able to walk and stand pain-free.

I felt compelled to write a review for Therapy Fit as I am overwhelmingly impressed by the Staff and how much they’ve worked with me on every appointment to help reduce my pain.  I was referred to Therapy Fit by my Primary Care Doctor for assistance in pain Management and I have to say that I am extremely happy that she did… since I’ve been going there my pain in my back from a Herniated “Bulging” Disc and hip has been greatly reduced. Prior to going I was having a hard time walking without extreme pain but now I feel so much better and I am able to walk and stand and do things without all the discomfort I was having. Many thanks to Dr. Reddy and his staff…they are friendly professional and great at what they do!!!!

I would definitely recommend Therapy Fit especially related to Women’s health issues, I came with excruciating back pain after my pregnancy, and Therapy Fit (Srithi who is working with me)was able to help me in my recovery in terms of working with improving my weakened core muscles, pelvic floor muscles, etc. The exercises were women’s health-focused and also helped improve my core strength while helping get better on back pain. Additionally, Therapy Fit is a wonderful place that really listens to you, diagnoses your pain points, and comes up with the perfect treatment plan. I saw Dr. Reddy for frozen shoulder issue. He and his staff are very professional, they worked with me based on how my shoulder/arm was responding by gradually adding different types of exercises. Also motivated me to take charge of my treatment and encouraged and guided me to do exercises at home, I saw lot of improvement in few sessions itself, I was not able to stretch my left arm when I went to him. He and his staff will go extra mile to help you feel better, you don’t feel like you are just rushed for. They have lot of patience, would highly recommend anyone looking for PT.
