I came to Therapy fit because a friend recommended them when I wasn’t happy with another PT. It has been a life changing experience. I didn’t think I could be pain free and avoid surgery. I had a Dr say I needed surgery to be pain free. 3 months after coming to Therapy fit, I had an Orthopedic surgeon say I don’t need surgery anymore, I also feel strong and much better, pain free. After my first round of treatments, I was so happy I am having them address older conditions I’ve been living with for years and it’s been an amazing experience. I would recommend them to anyone, even to address old issues another physical therapist couldn’t resolve. The full staff team is amazing, knowledgeable and very friendly. This place is like one stop shop for various conditions like joint and muscle injury. I went here for neck pain and dizziness and finally found that they have treatment for urinary incontinence also. They offered me very extensive treatment with useful tips to prevent injuries. I will definitely recommend this place to friends and family

I am so pleased to have found Therapy Fit, Frisco Location. I went in with a painful shoulder and stiff back. Dr. Dhara is wonderful. My vertigo was almost 98% treated after the 1st visit!

I have been going to Therapy Fit for 3 weeks for multiple things. After the 1st meeting with Dr. Gopinath Reddy, my vertigo was treated almost 98%. He is a Godsend. I have no idea how he fixed it .. it looks like he knows all about the muscles and bones and tissues and he immediately cures it. And Dhara who knows what exercise to be done there and repeated at home so that you recover from pain quickly. I went there after I had met so many doctors but had no answer as my arms had numbness and cold feet. I couldn’t sleep properly at night. I had little tremors in my hands too. Migraines and vertigo … Burning sensation in ears…. Well, 3 weeks, twice-a-week meetings have solved the problems. Doing the exercise at home as guided. I feel so better. I have a huge respect for the doctors here. I have my smile back. Thank you, Dr. Gopinath Reddy and Dhara. Also, the receptionist is sooooo understanding she has helped me reschedule the appointment according to my needs. Thank you Niharika.

I shadowed with Dr. Reddy for 3 weeks and it was a wonderful learning experience! Whenever Dr. Reddy had the chance, he would spend time explaining the treatments to me and why specific treatments were chosen and he would also answer my questions.
