I’ve been going to Therapy Fit for a couple of weeks now. Everyone is super friendly and professional. They’ll always greet me by name. Their treatment plan has helped reduce my back pain with no additional medication. I would highly recommend them for physical therapy treatments!

I loved everything about this experience

I put off going to physical therapy for my knee FOREVER. I don’t know why. Partly I thought that there’s no way my knee will ever feel better. I’m getting older. It’s what happens. But I was SO wrong! First, I love this place. I love the people and all the physical therapists. They’re always happy and smiling and encouraging. There’s lots of laughter. And it’s a new modern office. Second, my knee is better! I’m shocked. I can climb stairs, do lunges, and squats and the sharp pain I used to feel is gone. I’m still surprised every time I exercise and I don’t have to stop or adjust. Because I did all the work and exercises that the therapists guided me through and they fixed me. Third, I have two other parts of my body that need therapy, and I will be coming back because I loved everything about this experience. Thank you Mo and everyone there 😍🙌

Foot Pain

Best place for any Joint injuries. I sprained my foot severely and thought I should go to an ER. But with some search online my mind was worried if I need to take X-ray and MRI. I found this place and they treated with good care using some adjustments ice and taping. Also provided valuable tips and then within 2 weeks I’m back to normal. It’s unbelievable how they make any injury look so simply. Most recommended!!

I cannot say enough good things about the team at Therapy Fit. They love what they do and have fun doing it and it shows in the patient experience. The doctors listen and adapt treatment to your needs and the techs are fantastic to work with. I trust them to make the right decisions for my treatment. I would highly recommend Therapy Fit for anyone who is looking for any sort of physical therapy session! I went for a frozen shoulder and got completely recovered. The doctors and staff are all very personable ad very friendly. They are very compassionate and provide personal care and attention to the patient!

The therapists are very knowledgeable

I absolutely refer this clinic to anyone that is suffering from any conditions causing pain. I have been struggling with back pain for at least 2 years and had tried many different methods with no lasting improvement. After my husband discovered this clinic and reading the reviews of other woman/mothers who were suffering from the same issues I was having, I made an appointment with Dr. Anna. She has improved my life so so many ways, quick diagnosis to the root causes of what was causing my conditions. She’s very knowledgeable and provides so much understanding and encouragement. It was easy to build trust in her as I could feel/see drastic improvements with my pelvic floor, back pain and back spasms. My only wish is that I would have met her years ago!! All of the staff is ex exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. I absolutely recommend trying this clinic before searching for others. You will not be disappointed and will be so happy you did!

Therapy Fit has been a huge blessing to me in my recovery from ACL surgery. I was very depressed when I started my therapy, but it was impossible to stay sad about my injury with such a joyful and friendly group of people caring for me. I am back at work now and after an annoying day, I look forward to the time I will spend at Therapy Fit. I know my spirits will be lifted as the team will move me a little closer to my goal. I even joke with them that I will keep coming to hang out after I am well whenever I need a boost of morale.

I highly recommend this place

I am an active bodybuilder and have been for many years. My triceps were knotted up badly from years of heavy lifting and not stretching. Therapy fit did some amazing work on my arms and traps and got me feeling like I’m 20yrs old again. Such a nice team. So welcoming. I highly recommend this place
