The entire team is very dedicated

Over the July-4th weekend, I suffered from an excruciating neck-and-shoulder pain, leading me to believe that I needed surgery to recover. However, Dr. Reddy and his team did an awesome job to give me significant relief within a week. Dr. Reddy himself performed the more complex (physical) mobilization on the affected areas, Dr. Chandu treated me with Graston and Mousumi provided a wide range of therapies (ultrasound, IFT and soft tissue massage) while working on muscle strengthening and posture correction. The entire team is very dedicated, compassionate and flexible. Thank you Dr. Reddy & the Team at Therapy Fit!

Dr. Reddy and his ENTIRE staff are Amazing!! Six month ago I was diagnosed with a frozen shoulder. I participated in physical therapy at another facility and completed exercises at home. Still in pain, occasionally unable to get a good night’s sleep, I succumbed to getting two injections on two different doctor’s visits, which both only masked the pain for a short time. I saw a Therapy Fit television commercial and decided to make an appointment after reading several positive reviews about Dr. Reddy and his staff, to all of which I found to be true and just what I needed to start my road to recovery. It is a private facility with a clean and friendly environment. This has only been my 4th visit and I can feel the difference in my shoulder; my range of motion has improved considerably. Dr. Reddy’s level of professionalism and knowledge is outstanding!! He takes time to explain every procedure, exercise and why its imperative to my recovery. This is truly his passion that extends to his staff. I would highly recommend Therapy Fit to anyone with physical therapy needs.

Definitely an amazing place

6 months ago, Dr. Reddy and Dr. Ana along with all the therapists and aides at Therapy fit are the most genuine, caring & knowledgeable professionals you will find. Working besides them I’ve been able to see how much they genuinely care about each and every person they treat. You won’t find a better place to go for your physical therapy treatment. I have even now started my own treatment through them and have referred family members who are equally very impressed by the progress they’ve made. Definitely an amazing place to take care of yourself & make progress with any health and pain issues with professionals by your side who care to see you improve. 🙂

Torticollis, Pediatric Physical Therapy

My son (3 months old) would only look one way and was developing a flat spot on his head because of a tight muscle in his neck, torticollis. Dhara helped him with stretches and exercises that loosened his muscle and already started to improve his head shape! She and the whole staff at Therapy Fit were so welcoming and sweet to Callum! We had a great experience, and I would highly recommend getting treatment here!

I am very happy to find this place. Starting from Dr. Reddy, Dr.Dhara, Mo ,Dana and Elizabeth, I want to say thank you very much every one of you. You are very knowledgeable and kind. But I want to say special thanks for Dr.Dhara who is working hard to fix my tender muscles with mobilization and most importantly Graston Technique every single visit. It works great and I don’t have daily sciatica pain anymore. Second special thanks go to Mo. She always positive and friendly. Since day one, Mo helped a lot my progress. Exercises is fun with her and of course new crew member Dana.

Dr. Reddy and his entire staff are wonderful. I have been under his PT care for several months now. Both my hip MRI/Xray show severe osteoarthritis along with impingement in my right hip. I had constant pain in my right hip for over a year. Dr Reddy provided immediate relief and the pain is now gone. He has also helped decompress my lumbar spine to alleviate severe inner thigh cramping brought on by foraminal stenosis at L3/L4 vertebrae. The unstable feeling I had in my lower spine is improving as a result of his treatment. Thank you Dr. Reddy.

Therapy fit physical therapy is really a fantastic place for physical therapy. Dr Reddy is very thorough and gives time to explain and will not rush. His adjustments has helped me tremendously. I have had very good results going for my neck and back pain. Everyone in the facility are friendly. Dr Dhara, Dr Riddhi, Danna and Mo. It feels like magic!

Dr. Reddy and his team are so great! He takes the time to explain why my pain exists and how each exercise will help build stability and/or strength. And the team is so friendly- they know me by name and make me feel so welcomed and cared about. If anyone is trying to decide between physical therapy or surgery, I highly recommend seeing Dr. Reddy – he can reduce your risk of needing surgery. I’m so thankful I found him. He has healed my rotator cuff AND the sciatica in my leg. It feels like magic!
