11 months ago I have been a customer of Therapy Fit for almost 2 years now – for my back, neck and recent knee surgery recovery. Previously, I did not have that much of a positive experience with Physical Therapy at different location in Austin and California – so I was a bit skeptical on the effectiveness. I am a sincere yoga practitioner for more than 10yrs. With the help of Yoga, I was able to avoid a necessary surgery about 10yrs ago for all the herniated discs in the lower spine – and cervical spine. However, I do get into periodic back and neck issues. Dr. Gopi systemically evaluated my conditions – and recommended several core, plank exercises along with comprehensive and thorough treatment that created more positive lifestyle changes, including greater awareness of holistic movement. I recently went through a long pending knee surgery for meniscus that took much longer recovery than what we had hoped because of greater repair. I have been visiting Therapy Fit now for 3+ months. Under their comprehensive therapy with exercises, ultra sound and muscle stimulation – I am recovering much faster than what everyone had predicted. The new Dr. Chandu is also very thorough and very attentive in holistic therapy. Dr. Gopi, Dr. Chandu, Dhara ji, Mousami ji – all of them are “excellent and thorough” in their understanding of human anatomy – and holistic therapy that is more prevention focused while recovering from the injuries. They are very affectionate and caring in the treatment of their patients. No wonder it almost feels like a family experience. I really look forward to my weekly 3 visits to Therapy Fit.On top of all this, they are very flexible to changing schedules of the patients. Overall, 5+* experience. The best Physical therapy and “preventive” therapy experience you could get. Please visit them for any injury needs. Having worked there myself as an employee I witnessed the honesty , dedication and hard work Dr Reddy and Anandi showed. They are genuine people who really care for their patients and offer as much help as possible in all regards. Also had some treatments done there too for myself and my son. My long search for pain relief ended here. First of all, Dr. Reddy and staff are probably the kindest people you will ever meet. They’re tentative and listen to each patient that walks through the door. I have struggled with jaw and neck pain for over a year and have finally found some relief. Dr. Reddy is compassionate and incredibly intelligent. Every time I walk in the doors I feel like I am in a family. If I could give 10 stars I would. Absolutely recommend the place to anyone.

I have improved tremendously

I’m so blessed to be a patient at Therapy Fit. The staff are extremely professional, very knowledgeable about the source of the problem and how to fix it. I was about to be scheduled for a locked shoulder surgery when my doctor wanted to try some therapy first. I have improved tremendously and I won’t need surgery after all… thank you all 😍💪

I was feeling lot better.

I went in for my foot pain and Dr. Reddy and team helped me reduce the pain significantly. With just couple of sessions I was feeling lot better. Didn’t mind making a long trip for the appointment. The thing I like about them is that they teach you the core exercises that you can do going forward that will help in keeping the problem away. Thanks Dr. Reddy for taking care of me.

significant increase in range of motion and decrease in pain

I had frozen shoulder in my right shoulder (adhesive capsulitis) beginning in September 2020, and subsequently had surgery (capsular release) in October 2020. The frozen shoulder then appeared on my left side within a month or so, and I was despondent. I believed that surgery was the only answer due to the significance of the pain and the immediacy of onset and limiting range of motion factors. I began physical therapy at Therapy Fit as a last resort and in less than two months experienced a significant increase in range of motion and decrease in pain. Dr. Reddy, Dr. Chandhu, Dhara and Mousami were not only helpful in their encouragement in my recovery but also in their knowledge of the condition, and how to most effectively heal and avoid surgery. Within 2 – 2 1/2 months I was able to return to the gym and resume lifting weights, which I had not been able to do since the original onset on my right side in September 2020! I was skeptical at first, however, once I persisted and followed the regimen created for me by the team at Therapy Fit I ultimately avoided surgery and can even swing a golf club with a full rotation after a little over three months. Dr. Reddy has stated that 95% of patients can avoid surgery with the appropriate physical therapy, and I do not doubt him. Give these wonderful, beautiful folks a try should you find yourself with frozen shoulder – you’ll be glad you did!

I had more flexibility in my neck motion

I went in for upper back and neck pain. I was introduced to something called Graston technique. It is also referred to as scraping. After my first visit, I could tell a huge difference. I had more flexibility in my neck motion for the first time in years. I have traded in my monthly massage for a visit to receive the Graston procedure instead. I am glad I went in! Everyone is so nice and helpful!

Sports Injury

It was very good experience with Therapy fit. My spine got misaligned while playing sports. I visited chiropractor for few sessions with no help. I visited Therapy fit and started seeing results after 2 -3 weeks. My back was aligned within 6 weeks. Tara physiotherapist use to work with me full 45 mins, massage, exercise, adjustment. I thank the whole team to get me back on track.
