I have been going to Therapy Fit for 3 months now for me and my kids and I am impressed with the knowledge and patience of Dr. Reddy and his staff. My daughter sprained her knee and after few session she was much better. My son plays soccer and had a sharp pain on his heal and after 1 session he was back on the field. I have been dealing with shoulder and arm pain for some time and after 2 sessions with Dr. Ana my pain is almost gone. She explains to me the source of my discomfort and she works on it for few minutes and the pain is gone. I will keep coming back for my maintenance and bringing my kids when they need.

I shadowed here for a month and it was an inspiring experience! All the PTs and PTAs know what they are talking about and are very encouraging. The patients are not treated like another number and time is taken to get to know the patient and provide personalized care. In a couple of sessions most patients are seen leaving smiling because of their improvements and the light hearted jokes the PTs and PTAs make.

best place to visit for any physical injuries

Therapy fit physical therapy is a best place to visit for any physical injuries as the doctors are very care taking and helpful. They have individual attention on each and every person that walks in. I have been there for treatment with doctor Reddy who was very cautious about all patients and their problems. There is also Mo and she is very kind and friendly. It is the best place to checkin.They have good equipment and all the necessary accessories for patients that walk in.

The team at Therapy Fit helped me recover from a herniated disc that gave me painful sciatica. When I first limped in I couldn’t even stand up straight. 8 weeks later I was jogging and back to my old self.

I have had the best experience at Therapy fit. I had an ACL surgery for my knee and Dr. Vidhi and her team helped me so much that I was able to walk without any support. They helped me bring my strength back while keeping me motivated all time! No doubt to the best doctors and the sweetest staff!

I was very pleased

I was very pleased. I found Therapy Fit to treat a couple of injuries I had because of my running (SI join and flexors pain). Everyone in the office was very polite, very professional, very caring. The exercises and treatment Dr. Dhara gave me were right on the spot to get me pain-free and strengthen my joints on time for my marathon. Thank you, Dr. Dhara, and everyone who made this a successful recovery for me. I will come back when my next running injury comes up for sure!
